Paffetti's signature dishes include his "Spicy couscous with tiger prawns, chickpea puree, and cherry tomato tartare", "Lemon Carnaroli rice with raw sea bass strips" and "Grilled squid, shrimp tartare, pistachio pesto and red chicory". The quality of the cuisine is guaranteed by the meticulous selection of the finest, locally sourced ingredients. Pasta and bread are made in-house as are Capricci's irresistible desserts, including the delectable lavender and cinnamon flavored ice-creams.

Capricci is the restaurant of the Blu Capri Relais, a stylish 5 star hotel in the heart of Anacapri. The restaurant looks out onto the picturesque pedestrian lane which winds its way through the historic center. The elegant eatery's central location allows diners to easily combine a meal at Capricci with a visit to Anacapri's Axel Munthe Museum-House and the Church of San Michele, or even with a ride by chairlift to the summit of Monte Solaro.
