Hotel Il Girasole is a beautiful, family-run property, resting in the countryside immediately outside the historic center of Anacapri. A place where to enjoy the peace of the island and some of the most fabulous views of the bay of Naples, and the islands of Ischia and Procida.

Guest accommodation is available in bedrooms and suites situated in the various little villas of which the hotel is comprised. Bedrooms are furnished in classic Capri style, with floors in traditional majolica. Bathrooms in the suites are fitted with luxurious whirlpool baths. The majority of rooms have sea view.

Hotel Il Girasole's large terrace is home to a swimming pool and solarium, from where the most beautiful of island sunsets can be admired. Snacks and cocktails are served at the open air bar.

On request, Hotel Il Girasole provides a shuttle service to and from Marina Grande and the port of Capri and organises boat trips, guided tours, excursions and diving lessons. An internet point is located in the hall.

Girasole Location

Hotel Il Girasole is situated in Anacapri, the highest part of the island of Capri. Surrounded by green, Mediterranean countryside, vineyards and olive groves, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the center of Anacapri, in the direction of Punta Carena and the lighthouse (faro).
The old historic center of Anacapri, the church of San Michele, Piazza Vittoria, the Monte Solaro Chairlift and the Axel Munthe Museum are all within easy walking distance. The Faro and Grotta Azzurra, Anacapri's beaches, are both a ten minute journey away by local bus. Guests can catch buses to the center of Capri and the Piazzetta from the stop situated close to the hotel.
