The house was built at the beginning of the century and was restructured in the 70's and divided in three apartments. The entrance as through a colonnade typical of the Capri's old houses and also has a garden.

First apartment (first floor):
Large terrace with an area with sofas and armchairs and another area with gazebo and dining table.
Wide living and dining room (fireplace), sitting room (or guest room) with a sleeping sofa (fireplace). Large double bedroom together with bathroom and "studio". Second double bedroom and bathroom. For children or service's small double bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen, outside covered area with washing machine and dryer.
Second apartment (garden level):
Large living room with two sitting areas and dining area. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen. Small private terrace with table and chairs.
Third apartment (first floor):
Terrace, living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom with bathroom, one small single bedroom with bathroom.
Forth apartment (first floor):
Little studio (queen size bed) kitchen and bathroom.
