La Pergola Restaurants
Immersed in a green oasis with a charming garden and lemon grove, from its large terrace restaurant with a seating capacity for 150, La Pergola offers a magnificent view over Bay of Naples, Vesuvius and the famous "Piazzetta". The air-conditioned conservatory that seats 60 becomes a winter garden during the low season.
Besides the specialties made with ingrediants from the restaurant's own vegetable garden, and those created "alla marinara" style using only the freshest of seafood, the Pergola is also known for its home made pasta and delicious lemon soufflés, all accompanied by a wine list containing the best Italian labels, with a special emphasis on the Campagnia region.
La Pergola Location
Located just a few steps from the Piazzetta, right after the main bus stop on Via Roma. Take the steps near the post office where the road Via Lo Palazzo begins. It will lead to "Palazzo Canale", which, during the war between France and England in the early 1800s when the English occupied the island, became the quarter generally called "Palazzo degli Inglesi" (Palazzo of the English).
