Villa, built on early '900, is located on the slopes of the hill of Grotta delle Felci, just 15 minutes away from the famous "Piazzetta". From its position saddling the hill overlooking the two gulfs "Le Terrazze" boasts the most splendid views: on one side the bay of Marina Piccola and, on the other, the centre of Capri and the Sorrentine Peninsula. The Villa is located at 10 minutes walking distance from the famous "Piazzetta" and 5 minutes walking distance from the beaches of Marina Piccola.

The house is rented complete with tableware for every occasion and is also equipped with satellite TV + SKY, 3 television sets, stereo, telephone, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Minimum length of stay: 1 week. The Villa is not available for partial rental.
