Monticello Bed & Breakfast
Monticello is a new, recently opened, bed & breakfast situated on the wonderfully scenic road leading to the Grotta Azzurra, and a mere ten minute walk away from the historic center of Anacapri.
In a house built according to Capri's age-old architectural traditions, the spacious, light-filled rooms of the Bed & Breakfast Monticello are all tastefully furnished in the simple style typical of the island. Each of the three rooms has its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the rooms open out on to a private terrace.
In the large garden surrounding the bed & breakfast, there is a terrace solarium where to browse through the papers, read a book, or simply relax in the sun. Monticello can be accessed by car and has its own private car park.
The bed & breakfast is open all year.
Monticello Location
The bed & breakfast Monticello is situated within easy walking distance of the historic center of Anacapri (10 minutes), on a road which leads to the archaeological site of Villa Damecuta and the Grotta Azzurra. Close to Monticello there is a bus stop from where to catch services to the beaches of Gradola, located right next to the Grotta Azzurra, the Faro lighthouse, the center of Capri, the Piazzetta, and the bay of Marina Piccola.
