The "Sollievo" offers a whole host of local specialities, transformed by a touch of culinary creativity into elegant dishes which none the less maintain the authentic taste and simplicity of the traditional cuisine: Ravioli, zucchini and prawns, Lemon risotto with sea food, Orecchiette with zucchini flowers and shrimp, the famous local "Pezzogna" fish prepared "all'acqua pazza", are just a few examples of the delicacies on offer.
The restaurant's wine cellar offers diners the opportunity to choose the perfect accompaniment from a selection of finest labels originating from the most prestigious of wine merchants.
