Since the late 1950s the Staiano brothers have been catering for visitors' transportation needs, providing vehicles to accompany guests around the island of Capri.

Amongst the famous passengers to have used the Staiano brothers' services one finds members of the European Royal families and important Italian and International film stars, including the adorable Sophia Loren. All of these guests have been greeted by the brightly colored cars, typical to the island. The Capri "boom", and the subsequent increase in the number of travellers arriving on the island led to the cars being replaced by buses.

Today, the company encompasses travel agencies, ticket offices for sea crossings, tour bus rental, and a public bus service running to Anacapri, Grotta Azzurra, and the Faro, activities which all adhere to the motto of "An Island in Motion"
