TerraMMare ristorante Anacapri
TerraMMare, Capri's very first farm stay, is also a pleasingly informal restaurant; ideal for those visitors eager to experience the island's traditional home cooking. Situated at the foot of Monte Solaro, in the green countryside of Anacapri, the TerraMMare restaurant occupies a large panoramic terrace with breathtaking views over the historic center of Anacapri and the sea.
Restaurant TerraMMare's menu features all of Capri's most-loved dishes. TerraMMare is surrounded by circa 16.000sqm of land, part of which has been transformed in organic kitchen garden, in which great part of the ingredients used in the restaurant's cuisine are grown. Milena, the gregarious owner of the farm stay, personally prepares the meals served to guests, adding her own special touches to the island's age-old favorites.
On request, in the kitchen of the TerraMMare restaurant, Milena holds entertaining cooking lessons, during which she shares some of the best kept secrets of the local gastronomic tradition.
Location
The TerraMMare farmstay and restaurant is situated in the countryside of Anacapri, on the slopes of Monte Solaro, just above the historic center of Anacapri. The restaurant lies within easy reach of all of the island of Capri's main attractions. The lighthouse and beach of Punta Carena, the Grotta Azzurra, and the Piazzetta are all just a 15 minute bus or taxi drive away.
