From September 6th to 9th 2013 Capri will host "Capri Rainbow": the first gay friendly festival to be held on the island. A weekend of concerts, debates, celebrations and even cooking classes ... guaranteed to paint the island with every color of the rainbow!

Festa di Sant'Antonio

St. Antonio is the Patron Saint of Anacapri, celebrated every June 13th.

The day of the celebrations a long and sombre procession is performed carrying the statue of the Saint through the streets of the center and at its passing, from the balconies, the faithful throw broom flower, the flower of Saint Antonio.

Maria SS. della Libera

Celebrations in honor of Maria SS. della Libera, an ancient religious tradition celebrated the first Sunday following the 8th of September.

The celebrations include a procession through the streets of Marina Grande, a market , kiddies fairground rides and a midnight firework display.
