Capri 'The Bays' House rental

Built in the early 1900's, as a hunting lodge, "The Bays" is surrounded by extensive grounds featuring a century old pine wood and gardens planted with beautiful Mediterranean flowers and plants, enjoying fabulous views out over the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples.

The external area has four terraces furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining area with large table for up to 14 guests, and a 100sqm., little panoramic swim pool, solarium with sun loungers, tables and an outside shower. Something very special: the little and artistic water pool fits refreshement while looking at Capri panorama, among marble sculptures (see picture).

The main building is comprised of a large living-dining room with table to accommodate up to ten guests, a second living room with open fireplace, and large kitchen. The house sleeps totally 10 people in three bedrooms and one dependance: one king bedroom, one twin bedroom, one triple room and a luxury dependence with one king bed and an additional single bed. Three private bathrooms. Magnificent panoramic terraces connect to the building.

The villa has 2 satelite television sets, and two standard tv sets, i pod support, fridge, oven and has sufficient house hold furnishings and utensils for a large number of guests. The dependance, a charming little cottage within the same estate and 10 mt from the main house is fully fitted with kitchen, frigo, satelite tv.

In total villa and dependance can guest 10 sleeps.

The building and its interior decoration reflect the traditional style of Capri. Furnishings and house hold equipment are all of the highest quality. The property is built of three levels and is not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.
A minimum stay of 1 week is required. The property is not available for partial rent.
