Il Portico Guest House reflects the typical characteristics of the old caprese villa: cross vaults, archways, porticoes and ceramic floors. The Guest House location benefits of long sunny days during summer and mild winter.

The four ensuite bedrooms, totally renovated, have a small terrace with sea view and are well equipped with air conditioning, tv, hairdryer and central heating.

The small flat, equipped with kitchen and bathroom, is composed by one very large room, very comfortable up to four people, ideal for families and students.
