Villa Jovis was the famously sumptuous island villa of the Roman emperor Tiberius when he resided on Capri, and today the on the site of the elegant imperial residence the Villa Jovis restaurant welcomes visitors with excellent Italian cuisine served among the Roman-inspired decor of arches, columns, mosaics, paintings, and amphoras for a truly ancient atmophere.
The main dining room at Villa Jovis is on two levels, and is unforgettably unique! The decor is inspired by ancient Rome, and is perfect for an elegant dinner for two or an evening out with friends or family.
On warm summer nights, dinner is served on the outdoor terrace, so guests can sample the best local dishes while gazing out over the stunning view of the Bay of Naples reflecting the moon over the water.
The terrace at the Villa Jovis restaurant is ideal for a sunset cocktail against the backdrop of the twinkling lights of the coastline along the Bay of Naples.
The Villa Jovis restaurant specializes in southern Italian cuisine, and offers an ample menu featuring classic traditional dishes alongside island specialties like ravioli capresi and caprese salad...all followed by a refreshing glas of local Limoncello liqueur.
Fresh fish and seafood is served each day, and there is an ample wine list to pair your meal with the best labels in Italy.
