The entrance to the reception area of L'Olivella is through a comfortable flight of stairs, which leads to a welcoming, tastefully furnished living area. Here, you'll find a sitting room with two benches and a 77-inch international satellite TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your moments of leisure. The dining room can accommodate up to five single tables that can be joined together to create a large table ideal for family gatherings or dinners with friends.

A distinctive element of this area of the villa is the large arched window, which in addition to ensuring abundant light, offers a priceless view of the park and the enchanting island of Capri. From the dining room, guests can directly access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that's required for preparing delicious dishes in full autonomy. The kitchen is furnished with four burners, an oven, a ventilation hood, a single-bowl sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a wine cellar that can hold up to 32 bottles, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee with pods, and all the utensils you need.

Immersive experience in nature

The dining room opens onto a special space called the "orangerie," which serves as a passage to the outdoors and has been designed to offer guests an immersive experience in the greenery and tranquility of the island of Capri. This room, equipped with an internet connection, can also be used as a work or study space. Enhanced by two large panoramic windows, it offers a breathtaking view of the sunset over the sea to one side and the natural greenery of Mount Solaro on the other.

Surrounded by nature on the grounds of the villa

The Maiuri L'Olivella residence is immersed in an enchanting 2,000-square-meter park of olive trees, carob trees, holm oaks, and other typical Mediterranean flora. This outdoor space offers guests the chance to fully immerse themselves in nature. Relax on the wonderful panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs for taking in a breathtaking view of Mount Solaro and the sea surrounding Capri. For an even more relaxing experience, there's a 5-seater panoramic hydromassage tub at guests' disposal.

The outdoor spaces also include a solarium area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. If you love to grill, you'll enjoy the specially equipped BBQ area for organizing outdoor meals. Please note that pets are not allowed in the house.

Capri culture and archaeology

The Maiuri L'Olivella villa has six double bedrooms, for a total of twelve beds. Four of these rooms are located on the first floor, while the other two are located on the second floor. Three of the bedrooms enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the other two overlook the lush surrounding garden.

The rooms of the house are furnished and decorated according to two major themes: the culture of Capri and archeology. These themes are present in the overall style, colors, and furnishings. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower (except for the Villa Jovis room, which has a bathtub), a double bed, blackout curtains, a minibar, a safe, a 44-inch satellite TV, A/C, heat, and a hairdryer.

To further enhance the guest experience, professional maid services are available for six hours a day, with a housekeeper to clean and tidy the rooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast and there is a concierge service available during for check-in and check-out.
