After having lived through this horrible experience, spending a few night hours killing cockroaches and spiders, we were finally forced to leave the room. At the reception they did not find a solution in another facility and told us to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, leaving us on the street, forcing us to spend the rest of the night on the street.

In this property surrounded by greenery, I had a bad experience, the ground floor room was infested with cockroaches that were coming in mainly from the entrance door. Furthermore, there were also large, black spiders. Sleepless night, we left the room. ABSURD! The greenery must be maintained every 2 days for the hygiene of the service to avoid someone coming to visit you.

Beautiful hotel in quiet Anacapri

The staff at Hotel Bussola are simply incredible. Very nice, eager to provide as much help as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great location in a quiet but connected part of Anacapri. It has really cool interior decorations and a good pool. Our only real issue was that the beds were not very comfortable and decreased our quality of sleep (also the queen bed that we booked was really two doubles put together, which is not the same). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here!
