After nearly thirty years at the helm, Antonino passed on the stewardship of the restaurant to his sons, Gennaro and Salvatore. Gennaro safeguards the family's treasured wine cellar, while Salvatore continues the culinary traditions of the restaurant with a contemporary flair.
