Fantastic hotel

Wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and with a truly exceptional staff. From the first moment we felt comfortable and pampered. A special mention definitely goes to Krisantha and Francesco, the waiters at the bar, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Always kind, smiling, helpful and professional. Their way of doing things and their attention to the customer really make a difference. It is rare to find people who work with so much passion and friendliness. Congratulations to Krisantha and Francesco, you were fantastic!

Not happy Paid for a lesser room at top prices

Do not expect the room you book If you pay for a sea view room and they are “ fully booked” they’ll just give you any lesser room and you don’t get a refund We also got beach towels instead of bath towels Do not recommend and we are very tolerant nice people who don’t expect alot

Our family had a very nice experience at during our summer Italy trip. The hotel provides exceptional service from check in, throughout our stay. Rish was exceptionally outstanding, providing great service to our family by the pool and during breakfast. The rooms and accommodations are quaint, but the hotel could use a face lift. Prime location with a less than 10 min walk to main piazza.

Wonderful service and experience

We had a wonderful stay (our second time). I loved the junior suite and also booked a pool floor room for our kids. This is a boutique hotel but very convenient stroll to BagniInternstionali beach club where we all had a great time and so close to the main town where we often easily popped into for shopping and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful and special shout out to Chris as the pool bar and breakfast service and also Francesco. Thank you for another great stay we hope to be back again in the future!
