We just returned from a family stay at Hotel Della Marina Piccola and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were the highlight — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our trip special from check-in to checkout. Breakfast was a treat every morning, with fresh options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The pool and bar were the perfect place to relax, and the views are simply stunning — exactly the Capri you dream about. One small tip for fellow travelers: getting to the lobby takes a couple of steps and a short downhill walking path, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. Beyond that, everything about this hotel is a genuine 10/10. We can't wait to come back.

This is the WORST hotel to stay at!! I would never recommend them to anyone! They are rude, and do not care about their clients. My experience was so bad. My flight was canceled not because of me but because the airline cancelled on their own. Unfortunately, my entire trip had to be changed while I was in Europe and couldn't make it. I kindly called them and explained to them the situation and it was about 2 days until my arrival and there were no flights going to Capri. They did not care what so ever. They wouldn't return my payment that I paid in full. They hung up on me and told me they don't care and that I just dispute with insurance. What kind of accommodation is that! I was with my elderly parents and my two babies. They made my experience being in Europe the worst time of my life. So I would never recommend this place because who knows how they will treat you if something doesn't go their way.

I booked through Booking, but it is not possible to write a review there. Overpriced hotel with mediocre facilities and service.
