The Pershing 43 is a sporty and compact boat. It stands out for its streamlined lines, very large sunbathing spaces alternating with comfortable shaded seats. The excellent workmanship guarantees excellent sea keeping and elegant and comfortable navigation. Services on board: Skipper - Welcome aperitif (bottle of sparkling wine or wine) - Soft Drink - Beach towels - Small snacks.

Broken Promises and Zero Accountability

I booked with Capri Boat Service and had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Due to horrible weather and rough seas, our trip was cut short, and the company admitted fault by promising me a partial refund. That sounded fair—except they never followed through. I reached out multiple times, and after initially assuring me I’d be reimbursed, they completely ghosted me. No replies, no refund, nothing. This is unprofessional and dishonest. The experience itself was already frustrating, but the lack of accountability afterwards is what really sets this company apart—in the worst possible way. If you value your time, money, and basic customer respect, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Best trip to the Capri island

My friends and I took a 3-hour trip, Antonio took great care of us, made sure we had fun, and he told us about all the details of Capri Island. The views were absolutely stunning, and we could stop to swim anytime we wanted to. Antonio answered all the questions, always helped us get back on the boat, and took pictures. Additionally, he spoke English very well, so communication was clear and easy. Generally, this is the experience I will never forget, it was magical and will always stay with me. I really recommend Antonio as a captain.

We had an incredible experience with this Capri boat tour company! They were so accommodating and even allowed us to change our reserved time due to poor weather, which made the whole process stress-free and easy. Our tour guide, Gianmarco, was amazing, he shared insight about the nearby islands, took us to beautiful spots, and made the entire day so memorable. The best guide to have through Capri. The boat was comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend booking the full-day tour because 4 hours is simply not enough to take in all the beauty Capri has to offer. When in Capri, this is the company you want to book with! I for sure will be back!
