There is no visit to the blue cave

The return to the island is beautiful. Deception regarding the blue grotto. They sell you the visit to the cave and do not even attempt to get close. To be able to see it, you have to go on a private boat
Quoted €25 per person but charged €35

The seller told me the price was €25 per person for the one-hour Capri island tour. For two people, the agreed total was €50.
At approximately 3:25 pm on 6 July 2026, before the 3:30 pm departure, he charged €70 to my card—€35 per person—without informing me.
No receipt or POS slip was provided. I have clear card-transaction evidence showing a €70 payment to Laser Capri.
Tourists should check the card-terminal amount before paying and request a receipt.
It was a scam!!

Like many others have reported, this experience was extremely misleading. The ticket seller at the booth near the pier told us the Blue Grotto trip would take about one hour. After boarding the small boat, we discovered that the actual wait to enter the cave was closer to three hours, spent sitting on a cramped and rough boat in choppy water. To make matters worse, the boat operator repeatedly made offensive jokes throughout the ride. Several passengers became visibly seasick due to the conditions. We ultimately decided not to continue with the excursion and took another boat back instead. I wish we had been given accurate information before purchasing the tickets.
I do not recommend this company.

Total disorganization at the port of Capri. They do not have any signs, the guides or employees are inconsiderate, they do not provide any explanations, and they treat people poorly. It is hard to understand that if they work with many tourists every day, the least you can expect is that they organize the entry to the ferries. In summary, they are unprofessional. Not a recommended company.
