I did this cooking class by myself and Francesco still agreed to take it on. It was a great experience, the food came out amazing and he sends you the recipes along with pictures of the class as you go along. Highly recommend. Authentic experience.

Our time spent with Francesco Civita and his lovely family was so much more than just a cooking class. It was an introduction to the ingredients used and their purposes, and the reasoning behind these choices. The actual cooking was relaxed and engaging and just plain fun! We were a group of six, ages 7 to 70 and the experience was enjoyed by all! Afterwards, Francesco emailed recipes and pictures which we will treasure.

I fully enjoyed my cooking class with Francesco Civita. I learned from him how to make authentic Italian recipes which I will enjoy and treasure always. His expertise was very much appreciated! The final products of our meal were exquisite.
