Capri by sea has a singular charm: the crystalline waves breaking over the craggy coast and rocky cliffs, the Faraglioni rock formations standing guard at Marina Piccola, the sparkling and fanciful Blue Grotto.

The best way to experience these natural marvels is to take a trip around the island by sea with Laser Capri, skipping the long lines by taking advantage of their non-stop departures every 30 minutes from Pier 23.

Boats depart from Marina Grande, passing Tiberius' Leap, the Arco Naturale stone arch, and the Faraglioni rock formations before arriving at the Blue Grotto. This visit is optional, and the lines are sometimes quite long.

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

NEVER take Laser Capri! It was the WORST experience ever. Driver was driving like a maniac and all the staff was VERY rude and disrespectful even when they saw I was very sea sick and not feeling well from the HORRIBLE driving! I’ve been on boats many times and never had such an awful experience like with Laser Capri!!! The staff was literally laughing to my face when I said the driving made me sea sick and said that ‘if I’m scared of boats I should’t travel with them’ when he obviously saw being scared was NOT the problem as I’ve been on boats many times before.

Thanks for a great boat trip. Check in for tickets v easy, boat arrived on time, spotlessly clean and nice trip to Capri which was a great day out and well worth seeing. Return boat was again spotlessly clean, staff really helpful and left on time. Great experience, thanks!

Enjoyable 1 Hour Boat Circumnavigation Tour of Capri Island.

We purchased our Tickets at our Hotel that morning. Arrived for the 0930am Departure for Capri Island Circumnavigation. I was happy the vessel had a Toilet. . . just in case! We sat on the open top Deck . The 1 hour voyage was a delight. Skillful Crew reversed Boat near the entrance of some of the Grottos to enable a closer viewing!! Boat had a quick pause "near the Blue Grotta area". A different Tour would be needed visit inside the Blue Grotto.

We took a tour around the island with Laser with a stop at the Blue Grotto. The views were stunning. The boat was ok, and the captain (who did the explanation) had plenty of humor. The boat did not stop at the Blue Grotto due to a long queue, BUT we were offered too take another boat that goes directly to the grotto free of charge upone our return, which I think is fair.
